Minimise Downtime. Maximise Productivity.
We're not a corporate contractor. We're a family-run crew of qualified boilermakers and fitters who grew up around heavy equipment — and built a business keeping yours running across WA's mining and civil sectors.
BurnWire Engineering started the way most good things do in WA mining. A ute, a welder, and a phone that wouldn't stop ringing.
Founded by tradespeople who've worked on major fleets across Australia and internationally, we saw a gap between the big contract outfits and what sites actually needed: fast response, quality work, and people who don't need hand-holding on a mine site.
Today we run mine-spec field service vehicles across the Pilbara, Goldfields, Mid West and beyond. Mining and civil operations. Shutdown support, breakdown response, and scheduled maintenance. The approach hasn't changed. Show up ready. Do the job right. Leave documentation that passes any audit.
View Capability Statement →Our people don't just tick boxes on a competency matrix. They've done the hard yards on major fleets across Australia and overseas, and they know how to work with site teams without slowing anyone down. The owners are still on the tools. That's how we keep standards consistent and communication direct.
We weld on Cat 789s, Komatsu 930Es, Liebherr T 264s, and Hitachi EH5000s. The same fleets running in the Pilbara and Goldfields right now. Dump bodies, buckets, chassis cracks, structural rebuilds. On-site or in-shop.
Every job is backed by NDT inspection, full compliance documentation, and mine-spec field service vehicles with IVMS and fatigue management. When we leave site, the paperwork is already done.
Whether it's a breakdown callout, a scheduled repair, or a custom fabrication scope.
