We review your requirements, take measurements from existing units or work from supplied drawings. Material specifications and build schedule confirmed before fabrication begins.
Bisalloy 400/500 wear plate cut, formed, and welded to AS/NZS 1554. Reinforced floor sections, sidewall strengthening, and structural assembly completed in-shop or on-site.
Dimensional and structural sign-off on the completed build. Full documentation package including material certificates, weld procedures, and compliance certification.
We weld on Cat 789s, Komatsu 930Es, Liebherr T 264s, and Hitachi EH5000s. The same fleets running in the Pilbara and Goldfields right now. Dump bodies, buckets, chassis cracks, structural rebuilds. On-site or in-shop.
Every job is backed by NDT inspection, full compliance documentation, and mine-spec field service vehicles with IVMS and fatigue management. When we leave site, the paperwork is already done.
